"Whole-Sum Self" is a program designed to give you tools to improve your day to day living. In using a combination approach of Mindfulness, meditation, hypnotherapy and lifestyle advice, the hope is to improve your quality of life through self care.
As part of Alba hypnotherapy, health & holistics "Whole-Sum Self" is a stand alone program to be used as you see fit. I have incorporated a number of approaches to mental health and wellbeing. The exercises can be dipped in and out off depending on your need.
